This system will allow you to register your business and remit the appropriate permit/license
fees and receive a confirmation number for your filing.

Important Notice Regarding Internet Browser: Your internet browser must be able to accept a PDF. If your browser does not contain the plug-in to allow you to accept a PDF, this system will not be accessible on your computer. If this is the case, please complete the paper fill-in version of this application below and mail to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.

Presently, we accept only the following types of applications:
- New business only, no additional locations
- Registrant must be a partnership, corporation or LLC - No Individuals or Sole Proprietorships;Registrant must use Federal Employers Identification Number (FEIN)
- Tax types must be:
- sales
- use
- withholding
- franchise
- waste tire
- prepaid wireless
- Registrant must pay the permit/license fee by ACH Debit
Other types of applications (examples: individual ownership, sole proprietorship, beer license, mixed beverage, etc) cannot be accepted at this time through this system as additional documents are required.

Once you complete your online registration, DO NOT mail a copy to the OTC.
Notice Regarding Printing of Completed Application:
Once you complete the application, you will be given to opportunity to print a copy for your records. If you only wish to print the application itself, select within your print menu to print pages 10-14. If you wish to print all instructions and the application, select to print all pages.

*Important Notice: Due to recent changes in the electronic banking rules, the Oklahoma Tax Commission cannot currently accept ACH debits or credits from foreign financial institution. If you use a foreign financial institution for your banking needs, you must now pay your tax obligations with a credit card, paper check or wire transfer. Taxpayers will be notified as soon as the Tax Commission can again accept ACH debits or credits from foreign financial institutions.
