The Draft 2010 Business Personal Property Schedule is now available
for review and comment. Any comments must be submitted in writing
on or before November 12, 2009.

After consideration of these comments, the Ad Valorem Division will post the
Final Schedule on the Oklahoma Tax Commission website on December 1, 2009.
