How to Obtain Assistance
There are several ways to obtain assistance with a tax related issue or
topic dealt with by the Commission. The following sites offer avenues to reach someone by
telephone, in person, by e-mail and other formats of assistance.
If you would like to visit with someone in person, you will need to go to one of our

If you would like to reach someone by telephone, you need to visit our Telephone Directory Site.
Here you will find both a listing by OTC divisions and by tax topics.
If e-mail is the communication type you prefer, you may reach personnel on many various
topics. You may have your question or concern responded to by e-mail, telephone, or by
mail. Please tell us how you would like your response and provide the appropriate
