Withholding Name Search Available

The Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC) now has an online option available that will allow users to validate if a business is registered with the OTC as an active employer. Users are able to enter an entity name in the search feature and will receive a positive search result if the entity has an active account with the OTC. If an entity is not found, then results will indicate that no entity was found.
